Each jacket is unique, and slight variations from the images and descriptions should be expected and embraced as part of the charm of handmade, sustainable fashion.
Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
2. Ordering and Payment
Order Process: To place an order, select the desired products and follow the checkout process. 
Payment Methods: We accept payments via [e-transfer or cash]. Full payment is required before processing your order unless you are providing cash upon pick up.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping: We offer shipping across Canada only. Orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.
Shipping Fees: A flat rate shipping fee will be applied to all orders that require shipping. 
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Returns and Refunds
Return Policy: You may return your jacket within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact us at madeagain.info@gmail.com for return instructions.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, or you may choose to drop off the return at our designated location. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not offer exchanges.
